Engaged and responsible for a number of M&A, consulting, privatization and restructuring assignments in Serbia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Kosovo, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece, Poland, Czech Republic and Italy.

Nearly 20 years of consulting experience in the regional energy market (thermal & hydro generation, energy efficiency, electricity and gas distribution and oil).  Specific expertise on the energy markets includes acquisitions of minority and majority stakes in CEE energy companies, privatization of energy assets, strategic partner search, negotiation of co-operative agreements for electricity, coal and gas supply, advisory on establishment of joint ventures, restructuring of energy sector holdings, utility network applications, data management and utility IT integration, as well as research and feasibility studies.

Among others, the experience includes advising the Serbian national power utility in the process of attracting and selecting a strategic partner for two large thermal power plants as well as advising large energy companies in fine-tuning its strategy and tactics in entering the Western Balkan electricity market, to assess generation development projects and the privatization scenario in the generation and to screen the potential partners for a joint ventures.
